Transformation happens when kids meet Jesus!
At Grace Kids we get to help children take their first steps in learning to follow Jesus, so that they can experience his transforming power in their lives. We make it our goal to introduce them to His magnificent grace, to help them build a relationship with Him and to give them a foundation of Biblical knowledge – all in a context that is fun and creative!
What to Expect
Children from birth through 5th grade are welcome at Grace Kids during second service. Nursery and Rompers meet during both services. They will find a safe, fun and friendly atmosphere where they can learn to love and follow Jesus. If you are a visitor, enter through the main doors and bring your kids to the Grace Kids check-in desk down the hall to your left. A hostess will help you to get them registered and into the correct classroom. Grace Kids classes are broken up into three categories:
Nursery (newborn–15 mo.)
We provide a safe, secure and nurturing environment for your little one so you can have peace of mind while you worship.
Rompers (16 mo.–3 yrs.) & Preschool (4yr–Kindergarten)
We integrate play time with illustrated Bible stories, crafts and activities so kids can have fun learning about God! Rompers and Preschoolers follow the Orange church curriculum.
Elementary (1st–5th grade)
We use creative videos, object lessons and activities to teach school-aged kids about their loving Heavenly Father and help them build a relationship with Him. Elementary kids follow Group’s DIG IN church curriculum.
The Grace Awana Club meets on Wednesday nights from 6:30 – 8:00 during the school year. Awana offers a fun, proven approach for early evangelism and discipleship. Scripture-based programs and exciting games attract families, promote Biblical literacy and help kids develop lifelong faith in Christ. Grace offers clubs for Cubbies (Preschool), Sparks (K–2nd) and Truth and Training (3rd–6th). To find out more about Awana clubs, visit www.awana.org.
